This landmark £10m three storey ‘castle’ themed hotel at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort features 61 themed Knights and Wizards bedrooms and a themed a la carte Restaurant; appropriately named the Tournament Tavern Restaurant.
This project comprised the construction of a new extension to the existing Bricks restaurant and Skyline Bar, reconfiguration of the reception, new VIP reception and retail store, the addition of an outdoor play area, the construction of a 61 themed room hotel expansion and a bar /restaurant facility providing 175 covers.
Included in the works were piled foundations with steel transfer deck with insitu concrete floors. Upper floors were constructed using Met Frame and insitu concrete floors and bespoke GRC external walling was manufactured and installed in sections. Each brick is to match LEGO® brick sizes at a scale of 1:25. Our works included all associated mechanical and electrical installations and external landscaping and planting.
